About GOALS

Golden Opportunities And Local Support (GOALS) is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve lasting independence through compassionate, person-centered, and evidence-based services.

Through Washington State’s Foundational Community Supports (FCS) program and our partnership with Wellpoint Washington, GOALS provides high-quality Supported Employment and Supportive Housing services. Our programs are designed to promote resilience, dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency while honoring each participant’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Mission

Our mission is to create opportunities, remove barriers, and inspire hope through compassionate, ethical, and person-centered support. We help individuals obtain stable housing, pursue meaningful employment, and build stronger futures within their communities.

Vision

We envision communities where every person has access to stable housing, meaningful employment, and the support needed to achieve lasting independence and live a fulfilling life.
